The process is easy just email me a couple photos , nancy@nancyspielman.com. I will get back to you promptly with any comments and then you can decide the size and shape of painting you would like. I require a deposit of one half the final cost before I begin your painting. This deposit can be made through paypal (3% processing fee). The appropriate shipping charge will be added to the prices listed below*.
Lead time is about a month. I will send you a digital photograph of your new work of art for approval. After final approval, the painting will dry and then be varnished. This takes about two weeks. If you need it sooner, I will do my best to accommodate you. Before shipping I will need the second and final payment. The painting will be packed in a professional manner, shipped and insured.
I can't offer returns or exchanges on custom pet portraits due to their nature and the many hours that go into making them.
